Potrivit cadrului legal în vigoare, autenticitatea/valabilitatea/existența avizelor de angajare se analizează la momentul solicitării vizei de lungă ședere pentru angajare în muncă, în condițiile art. 44 din Ordonanța de Urgență a Guvernului nr. 194/2002 privind regimul străinilor în România, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare.

According to the law, the authenticity/validity/existence of employment notices is analyzed at the time of applying for a long-stay visa for employment, under the conditions of art. 44 of the Government’s Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002 regarding the regime of foreigners in Romania, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions.
