During a specific police raid performed by the Immigration officers from town of Satu-Mare, were found three Bangladeshi citizens which did not leave Romania after their residence visa expired. They have been sanctioned with a contravention fine.
Decisions on MANDATORY RETURNING TO THEIR HOME COUNTRY have been issued.
Also, there have been enforced DECISIONS FORBIDDING FUTURE ENTERING IN ROMANIA.
On 7 December 2022, Immigration officers from town of Satu-Mare, in partnership with officers working with Border Police Territorial Service –Satu-Mare, performed a raid within the AOR, aiming to fight illegal residence of the aliens in Romania.
With this occasion, they found three males Bangladesh nationals, aged between 25 and 37. All of them did not meet anymore the legal requirements for residing in Romania.
It was concluded that they legally entered Romania, having an EMPLOYMENT TYPE, LONG TERM RESIDENCE VISA, but they did nothing in order to extend their visa validity.
As a result of all the above mentioned, Immigration officers issued for all individuals MANDATORY RETURNING TO (THEIR) HOME COUNTRY DECISIONS, within a 15 days departure from Romania -voluntary assume deadline.
According with provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no.194/2002, with all later amendments, they have been also sanctioned with contravention fines, in a total amount of 3,000 lei.
Also, when departing Romania, there will be enforced a DECISION FORBIDDING FUTURE ENTERING ROMANIA for a 6 months period.
Enforcing the law in what regards legal residence of aliens, migration and employment in Romania will continue in future. All these will improve safety and security of our communities.
