STRATEGIES

Migration is a process that needs to be managed, not a problem to be solved.

Legal migration must be the result of the common determination of the migrant and of the receiving Member State, for their mutual benefit, in the context of a circular migration. Romania implements a specific and concentrated migration policy, adapted to the country’s needs and taking into account its impact on the other EU Member States, while ensuring a fair treatment and effective integration of the migrants.
