A male Pakistan national, who did not obey the DECISION OF RETURNING TO THE HOME COUNTRY, was taken yesterday in public custody. When leaving Romanian territory, a DECISION FORBIDDING ENTERING ROMANIAN TERITORRY, for a period of one year and six months, will be issued.

Following investigations, it was concluded that he legally entered Romania, for employment purpose, and by the expiring date of his visa, he did not leave the country.

Against him, IMMIGRATION officers from Caraș Severin issued a RETURNING DECISION within 30 days, but he did not comply with; thus Monday, 5 December 2022 he was caught in Ploiești by the IMMIGRATION officers from Prahova district.

He was accommodated in the Centre for Public Custody Centre Otopeni, till he will be sent out of the country under police escort.

Also, when leaving the country, in full compliance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no.194/2002 regarding aliens’ status in Romania, with all further amendments there will be issued a DECISION FORBIDDING ENTERING ROMANIA, for a period of one year and six months.
