At the beginning of this week, Immigration officers –Arad district, performed a police operation within the AOR, targeting illegal residence of the aliens in Romania. With this occasion, a male Morocco national has been found in illegal residence status.

Monday 5 December Immigration officers working with the Immigration Service-Arad District performed a police operation targeting the illegal residence of the aliens in Romania.

With this occasion they found male Morocco, aged 36, who legally entered Romania for employment purpose.

Following investigations, it was concluded that the individual mentioned above neither left the country when his visa expired, nor obeyed the RETURNING DECISION WITHIN 30 DAYS VOLUNTARY ASSUMED DEADLINE, which has been issued by Immigration officers – Ialomiţa District, on 1 November 2022.

In line with all mentioned above, the alien has been accommodated until departing Romania, with the Centre for Accommodation of the Aliens Taken in Public Custody.

Also, when leaving Romania, according with provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no.194/2002, with all later amendments, there will be enforced for a period of 5 years a FORBIDDING ENTERING ROMANIA DECISION.
