Last week, Immigration officers –Arad district in cooperation with Border Police Officers –Arad, performed a immigration police operation within the AOR, targeting illegal residence and employment of the aliens in Romania. With this occasion, five DECISIONS ON MANDATORY RETURNING TO THE HOME COUNTRY, within a 15 DAYS VOLUNTARY ASSUMED DEPARTURE, have been issued.
On 5 December, Immigration officers working with the Immigration Service-Arad District in cooperation with Border Police Officers –Arad caught in illegal residence status a number of 5 males aliens, out of which two Pakistani nationals and three Bangladeshi nationals, aged between 24 and 45.
Following investigations, it was concluded that the individuals mentioned above legally entered Romania with an employment visa, but when visa validity expired, they neither left the country nor performed any of the required actions by law for extending the validity of their visa.
In line with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no.194/2002, with all later amendments, MANDATORY RETURNING DECISIONS TO THE HOME COUNTRY WITHIN a 15 DAYS VOLUNTARY ASSUMED DEPARTURE have been issued.
Also, when leaving Romania, according with provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no.194/2002, with all later amendments, there will be enforced for a period of 6 years a FORBIDDING ENTERING ROMANIA DECISION.
