Undesirable person removed under escort by policemen of the General Inspectorate  for Immigration

Today, September 12 current year, policemen of the General Inspectorate for Immigration conducted a removal under escort mission for the Pakistani citizen S.A., declared undesirable by the Bucharest Court of Appeal in August.S

Since the ruling of the court, the man, aged 31, was taken into detention and stayed in one of the specialized centers of the General Inspectorate for Immigration. Today, the Pakistani citizen was removed from our country through the border crossing point of the Henri Coanda Airport from where he left Romania with a flight to his country of origin.
However, at his leave from the country, the measure of interdicting the entry in Romania for a period of 10 years was established on the Pakistani citizen’s name.
The General Inspectorate for Immigration is the structure that, according to its attributions, enforces the court’s ruling by which a foreigner is declared undesirable.
