10 police officers entered the Immigration police ranks after graduating profile school

Today, August 1 current year, the general inspector of the General Inspectorate for Immigration, main police quaestor Viorel Vasile, welcomed the ten police officers, graduates of the School of Training for Border Police Officers “Avram Iancu”, during an event held at the General Inspectorate for Immigration.
 On this occasion, the General Inspector assured them full support in the exercise of the attributions they will have, the chosen profession being an exciting, challenging one, involving professionalism, honesty, firmness and integrity. At the same time, he congratulated and wished them success in their work.
In the next six months, the policemen will exercise their duties, under the guidance of a professional tutor, and afterwards they will be completed in their profession. The ten police officers have been assigned to the Immigration structures in Bucharest, Constanta, Hunedoara, Ilfov, Suceava, Maramures and Regional Centers for Accommodation and Procedures for Asylum Seekers from Maramures and Galati.
Starting today, police officers showed themselves anxious to know as possible of the secrets and mission of the Immigration police.
The activity is part of a series of measures meant to ensure the human resources necessary to fulfill the responsibilities and reduce the staff shortages currently existing in the General Inspectorate for Immigration, given the increasing complexity and dynamics of migration phenomenon in Europe.
