During a raid performed by Immigration officers from Neamț District, a female national from Republic of Moldova was tracked; it was established that she did not leave ROMANIA within the legal deadline as stipulated by law. A RETURNING DECISION TO THE HOME COUNTRY was issued against her. After leaving ROMANIA a DECISION WHICH FORBIDS ENTERING ROMANIA for the next 6 months will be issued.

On 25 November 2022, officers working with Immigration Office of Neamț District, organized a raid aiming to track illegal foreigners.

With this occasion, they found a female national of Republic of  Moldova, aged 45, which did not meet anymore the legal requirements for residing in ROMANIA.

Following investigations, it was concluded that the foreigner legally entered ROMANIA, but later on, before expiring the right to stay valability, she did not leave ROMANIA.

In line with the legal provisions of the Government s Emergency Ordinance no.194/2004 on legal status of the foreigners in ROMANIA, with all later legal updates, the illegal foreigner was sanctioned with a fine in amount of 500 lei.

Following the all mentioned above, Immigration officers issued a RETURNING DECISION TO THE HOME COUNTRY WITHIN  15 DAYS-A VOLUNTARY ASSUMED DEADLINE.

Also, a DECISION WHICH FORBIDS ENTERING ROMANIA for the next 6 months will be issued after leaving the country.
